Joining the Layfield Group of Companies

Layfield evaluates companies to see if they would make a good fit with our group. In 2008 Aqua Dam and Diversion joined the Layfield Group

Layfield has an active acquisitions committee, and an interest in companies that provide us with additional capacity, products, services, or operating areas.

Over the years the Layfield Group has acquired a number of companies, including Layfield Plastics (1978), Taylor Plastics (1979), Calgary Plastics (1981), Geogard Linings (1997), CW Neal (2003), Vision Packaging (2007), and Aqua Dam and Diversion (2008).
