Our Quality System
ISO
certification has given Layfield an opportunity to display its commitment to
quality. At Layfield, we understand that quality and price are the 2 factors of
business to business sales. We have developed a quality business management
system utilizing ISO 9001:2008 which is an internationally recognized quality
system to gain our customers trust in the quality of our products. The adoption
of the ISO standard has allowed Layfield to enhance customer satisfaction
through the development of organizational structure,
responsibilities, procedures, processes and resources.
We use
ISO to emphasize the importance of:
- understanding and meeting requirements
- the
need to consider processes in terms of added value
- obtaining results of process performance and effectiveness
- continual improvement of processes based on objective measurement
The
basis of ISO’s quality management system specifies the following requirements:
- needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets
customer regulatory requirements
- aims to increase customer satisfaction through continual company improvement
and the assurance of conformity to customer regulatory requirements
Included
in ISO are rigorous measurement, analysis, and continual process improvements.
We have put into practice the monitoring, analysis, measurement and improvement
processes, ensuring conformity of the quality management system, and to
continually improving its effectiveness.
