Vision Packaging Joins Layfield Group Limited

 

It is our pleasure to announce that the Layfield Group Limited has formally acquired the assets and business operation of Vision Packaging Ltd.

 

This acquisition will allow our two companies to complement each other’s strengths, and offer a complete line of products to various new and existing markets. Building on the core competencies of each company enables us to service markets in tandem that we could never have serviced alone.

 

Layfield’s Poly Films division is a leading manufacturer and marketer of quality mono-layer and co-extruded film and plastic packaging products. Layfield’s continual commitment to the extrusion side of the business has seen unprecedented capital expenditures meant to expand and streamline the production process thus offering our customers industry-leading extruded film products.

 

Vision Packaging is a local printer and converter that has received awards for it’s expertise in these areas. Visions specializes in laminated packaging consisting of both roll stock or stand up pouches, as well as pressure sensitive labels. Vision has a strong commitment to providing it’s customers with quality products to the food and consumer markets.

 

In the upcoming weeks, we will begin executing the planned integration of the two companies’ operations, networks and customer service organizations to ensure a smooth transition and immediate value for you our valued customers and suppliers. Going forward our two organizations will we will be doing business as Layfield Vision Packaging.
