A broad selection of flexible packaging formats are available today to provide a multitude of options to the innovative marketer. Depending upon your application you may want to utilize pre-made pouches / bags for use with fill / seal machinery or pre-printed rollstock to produce your own packaging with form, fill and seal machinery. The choice is yours and that choice will depend on numerous factors including volume, product application, operator core competency, capital availability, etc.
Your package can be custom configured by your selected converter. Printing capabilities may include flexo, rotogravure or digital depending upon your market strategy, budget or volume.

Gusseted Bags
Still the most preferred style for many coffee roasters—our side-gusseted bags are available in a wide array of colors, styles and sizes. The 2oz size with its narrow width is ideal for creating sample packs for gift baskets or promotional giveaways. Our 6-10oz and 12-16oz retail sizes have a unique side back seal design. Why, side-seal you ask? Unlike a center back seal, a side-seal bag gives you the option to place your valve on the back and make sticking back labels a breeze! A quad-seal style, also known as corner seal bag is also available in ½ lb and 1lb size in limited colors. Its reinforced structure helps hold the bag shape better. Look sharp on the shelf and choose our quad-seal with zip available in 1lb and 2lb size! Also, on our line-up is our easy-peel bag. Our easy open bag is available in our most popular 1lb size and comes in center back seal style to give you the grip you need so you can open with ease.
Flat Pouches
If simple and inexpensive is what you’re looking for then look no further. Flat pouches also known as pillow packs are widely used for office and restaurant service. Ground coffee or powdered mixes can be packed in pre-set portions to take the guesswork out of measuring each time you prepare a pot of coffee or any drink.
Degassing Valve
Installing our one-way degassing valve is a must for coffee packaging. This allows roasters to pack freshly roasted coffee immediately without the worry of having the bag burst open due to trapped air. You see, freshly roasted coffee releases gas and continue to do so for up to 7 days. Our one-way valve will help release the gas while preventing air in - keeping freshness intact. Your customers will never be faced with stale coffee again.
Hanger Hole
If space is an issue then we have a solution for you. If you are currently packing your product in one of our stand up or flat pouches, you can save major space if you simply add a hang hole. This will allow you to hang your bags instead of placing them on shelves. This is also a great way to display samples of your product at point of purchase and increase your sales! Better yet, make good use of your space at the check-out counter and hang bags of your product in snack or trial size of new items you want to introduce whether it's coffee, tea, trail mix, cookies or other food items.
